Any possible conflict solution can be satisfying for both sides if using an independent arbiter or during the course of direct negotiations. In case of conflict in organization we can fulfill a position of mediator, making communication between all sides of the process more effective. We also identify the needs of the management and their social partner, especially the controversial matters and key goals from different points of view. In any case we do not decide who is right in the conflict and we do not take final decision but what we aim for is to get both sides closer to making final decision and solving the conflict.
